OUR WARRANTY

Many of the products that are sold on the MyAngelFurniture website come with a manufacturer's warranty.

Our main supplier (Angel Line) provides our customer 6 months manufacturer's warranty.

If your item was damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of your items being delivered, and you may return your purchase within 10 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs. In addition some of our items carry a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return.

In the event you just don’t want the item or it is not what you expected, you can return it but, you will be responsible for the shipping coming back, call tag, and restocking fee, you will be refunded for the product only once we receive the item back.

Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard Return Policy, where roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Please keep your invoice or any proof of purchase for claiming your case.
