ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 5-10 business days from the date of your order to receive your shipment. If rare unexpected delays occur, you will be notified immediately.

PREFERRED METHODS OF PAYMENT

For your convenience we accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, PayPal, thru PayPal System.

PayPal's service builds on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards and utilizes the world's most advanced proprietary fraud prevention systems to create a safe, global, real-time payment solution.

PayPal has received close to 20 awards for technical excellence from the internet industry and the business community at large -most recently the 2003 Webby Award for Best Finance Site and the 2003 Webby People's Voice Award for Best Finance Site.

WARRANTY

All items come with a 6 months Manufacturers Warranty against manufacturing defects.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Upon arrival of your shipment, please check the contents of your package immediately and report any discrepancies or damages within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. All items are fully insured for retail value with the Freight Carrier against damage in transit. In the rare event that you receive a damaged item the following steps must be taken:

  • In case where the box has arrived in terrible condition please refuse that box. (Boxes are never going to be in perfect condition because of moving them from place to place)
  • If concealed damage or loss, accept delivery of your complete order.
  • Keep all merchandise and packaging in as delivered condition.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can remedy the issue. Claims issued on damaged or lost orders can take the carrier 7-10 days to process
  • Any damage to the products or to the boxes must be noted on the delivery receipt. Have the driver sign the consignee's copy of the delivery receipt
  • Once a claim has been initiated and processed, a replacement will be sent. To avoid duplicate shipments, replacements will be sent after the claims process is complete.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Regular orders can be cancelled before they ship. Special orders and orders that are being held in our warehouse for a delayed delivery date can not be cancelled.

ORDER RETURN

  • Please fill out the Return Form below and submit to us. Or contact us for a Return Authorization Number within 48 hours.
  • A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns.

  • Items may return within 10 days of receipt. (Please note: certain items are not returnable) Items should be returned in unopened or original condition
  • Does not apply to special orders and orders that are being held in our warehouse for a delayed delivery date.

  • Once the merchandise is returned, we will issue a full refund minus all shipping charges to and from.
  • See our standard Return Policy.
  • Please keep all the original packaging to ease return shipping.
